Gisselle Lozada's Biography

Gisselle Lozada is a young Dominican and Puerto Rican woman, who was born in Manhattan but raised in Riverdale. She and her family both speak English and Spanish.

At 11 years old, Gisselle learned how to bake food on her own, simple things such as cookies and cupcakes (even though she personally doesn’t like the taste of cupcakes). Eventually, she started asking her family for recipes for different sauces and dishes. In 2019, she got her food handler's license.

Gisselle dreams of owning her own business inspired by the food she creates (including cupcakes) as well as the natural products she makes for herself (haircare and skincare products).
