RWIP11: Notice of Violation Response
This form must be completed and submitted to the Department if you believe the DOB Retaining Wall Violation issued to your property was in error. Please ensure the RWIP 11 form has been signed and you have included a copy of your property survey, with several photographs depicting the location and height of the retaining wall.
