New Commission Podcast
"Rights Here. Right Now" airs on WCHR 90.3 FM on the last Monday of every month, from 2:00 - 3:00pm. Commission staff discuss different facets of the city’s Human Rights Law live on the air and answer questions New Yorkers have about discrimination in employment, housing, and public spaces.
The NYC Human Rights Law now protects individuals that live in, work in, or visit New York City from discrimination based on their height or weight, or the combination of height and weight, referred to as "body size."
