Hillary Carelli-Donnell

Hillary Carelli-Donnell (they/them) serves as the Participatory Budgeting Coordinator for the Borough of Brooklyn. Hillary believes in the power of leveraging participation to create a more vibrant and equitable society. Prior to starting with the CEC Hillary served as a Program Facilitator for Coro's Youth Leadership Academy and published research on youth voice initiatives within the NYC Department of Education. Hillary has also spent time organizing in the LGBTQ+ community and running a youth boxing club. Hillary holds a B.A. in Political Economy from Tulane University and an M.A. in Public Policy from the CUNY Graduate Center.
