Travon Butler

Travon Butler, Participatory Budgeting Manhattan Borough Coordinator at the NYC Civic Engagement Commission, resides in Harlem. Travon is passionate about community and youth engagement, as well as bridging the gap between government and public interest. Prior to the CEC, Travon campaign managed for a local City Council election campaign, worked in the private sector and is also a member of the Community Advisory Board for NYC Health + Hospitals. Travon earned a BS degree in Broadcast Journalism from Morgan State University in Baltimore, Maryland.
