Bronx, Staten Island and Queens BWSO Local Office Consolidation

Due to the on-going digitization of the Bureau of Water and Sewer Operations (BWSO) records, online reviews, and permitting capabilities, the first phase of local office consolidation will take effect on October 16, 2023. The following BWSO local offices will be consolidated as follows:
- The BWSO local offices at 120-55 Queens Blvd, Queens and 1932 Arthur Avenue, Bronx will be transeferred to: 96-05 Horace Harding Expressway (Lefrak), 3rd Floor Low-Rise, Queens.
- The BWSO local office at 60 Bay Street, Staten Island will be transferred to: 250 Livingston Street, 8th Floor, Brooklyn.
All record requests should continue to go through PARIS.
