Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) is a public education program that teaches skills for identifying, understanding and responding to signs of mental health and substance use challenges and crises.

Promoting Mental Health in AANHPI Communities (PMH-AANHPI) is a learning workshop that introduces participants to the history of the AANHPI community in the United States and how to access culturally relevant mental health resources.

Community Mental Wellness & Resilience (CMW+R) Workshop provides resources for New Yorkers on community empowerment and individual and collective resilience. Participants will learn how to identify mental health issues, develop support strategies and identify mental health resources within their own community.
