Noah Mohney brings 15 years of investigative experience at the Department of Investigation to his role as Assistant Commissioner of Law Enforcement Technology Services. He began his career as a DOI intern and has since held various investigative positions within the agency, establishing an expertise in construction fraud and state-of-the-art investigative tools, and implementing changes to make DOI operate more efficiently.
Noah is a certified New York State Peace Officer and holds membership in the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners and National Technical Investigators Association. He earned his B.A. in Juvenile and Family Justice and Sociology from Thiel College in Pennsylvania and his M.A. in Criminology from St. John's University in New York City.
