    On New Year's Eve, FDNY members played a critical role in safeguarding the iconic Times Square ball drop celebration in New York City.

The Fire Department of the City of New York (FDNY) Commissioner Robert S. Tucker presided over the graduation of 289 Probationary Firefighters during a ceremony at Queens College on Friday, Dec. 27, 2024.
