After Queens e-bike store fire, the FDNY releases new lithium-ion battery PSA

On August 22, 2024, following a fire at an e-bike store in Queens, the FDNY released its latest Public Service Announcement (PSA) related to lithium-ion batteries.

In the 30-second PSA, the Department reminds New Yorkers that lithium-ion batteries DO NOT need to be charging to explode.
