Broadway and 31st St. Astoria Seniors RFP Registration Form

HPD is planning for the future development of affordable housing for seniors on a Department of Transportation (DOT) municipal parking lot located on 31st Street at Broadway in Astoria, Queens.

The parking lot is approximately 20,880 square feet, and is adjacent to the Broadway subway station on the N and W subway lines. The site is comprised of Block 611, Lot 25, and is located in Queens Community District 1.

The project will be financed through the Senior Affordable Rental Apartments (SARA) Program, ensuring the units will be affordable for households with seniors 62 years of age or older, earning up to 50 percent of Area Median Income (AMI).
