Housing Retention and Stabilization Services RFQ Registration Form

Through this Request for Qualifications (RFQ), the New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD) seeks to establish a list of Qualified Housing Retention and Stabilization Services providers that HPD designates as qualified to assist formerly homeless households moving into HPD-assisted New Construction projects. The purpose is to assist these households to a) make a successful transition to permanent housing, and b) maintain tenancy in the affordable housing unit, and c) achieve further stabilization via a connection to additional services. The objective of this RFQ is to create a resource so that HPD may refer owners, property managers, landlords, and other appropriate parties operating a New Construction project with homeless set asides to the Qualified List when seeking Housing Retention services for tenants residing in their property.
