RFP Release

HPD released the Jersey Street Request for Proposals (RFP) on November 3rd, 2023. HPD invited developers to submit proposals to develop high-quality, sustainable housing with community amenities on the North Shore of Staten Island. An online pre-submission conference was held on December 5th, 2023. Submissions were due no later than 4:00 PM on Friday, February 9th, 2024. HPD is currently reviewing submissions to the Jersey Street RFP.
