M/WBE PQL

This Pre-Qualified List (PQL) of M/WBE Sponsors is the result of a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) that seeks to promote participation among M/WBE sponsors in the development of affordable housing in neighborhoods throughout the city.

HPD believes that doing so will strengthen the affordable housing industry and further its mission of providing quality affordable housing for all New Yorkers. The applicants were assessed for pre-qualification to develop sites for affordable housing and are listed in the table below.
