We encourage those who can use the ACCESS HRA website to take advantage of all it has to offer (including benefit application submissions and case management). Community-Based Organizations also provide help with completing applications and screening applicants for eligibility to the various programs. Some locations can also help with submitting documents to DSS electronically.

Some Community Based Organization locations now require an appointment for in-person service. Please call the location for more information.
