PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the New York City Water Board (the “Board”) will consider an increase in the rate charged for water supply made available to customers outside of New York City from either the Croton or Catskill and Delaware systems of the water supply system of the City of New York (the “City”). The basis for this increase is contained in a report prepared by the Amawalk Consulting Group LLC, rate consultant to the Board, which sets forth the cost of water supply provided to customers located north of New York City for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2021. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the hearing will be held via teleconference.

It is proposed that the following rate changes become effective as of July 1, 2021:
Therefore, in accordance with Section 1045-j(3) of New York Public Authorities Law, a public hearing will be held by teleconference at 12pm on Thursday, June 3, 2021, accessible by telephone by dialing 347-921-5612 and entering access code 781 703 195 #.

An audio recording and written transcript of the hearing will be posted on the Board’s website following the hearing. Anyone may attend or register to speak.
