NOTICE OF APPOINTMENT OF SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE

NOTICE is hereby provided that, pursuant to Sections 1108 and 1109 of each of the (i) New York City Municipal Water Finance Authority Water and Sewer System General Revenue Bond Resolution adopted by the New York City Municipal Water Finance Authority (the “Authority”) on November 14, 1985, as amended and (ii) New York City Municipal Water Finance Authority Water and Sewer System Second General Revenue Bond Resolution adopted by Authority on March 30, 1994, as amended (together, the “Resolutions”), The Bank of New York Mellon, as trustee under the Resolutions, has been discharged of the duties and obligations created by the Resolutions, effective January 22, 2018. U.S. Bank National Association will become the successor trustee under the Resolutions, effective January 22, 2018, and will continue to serve as successor trustee unless a new trustee is appointed by the holders of a majority in principal amount of bonds then outstanding as described in the Resolutions.
