§1-07 Filing of Papers.

OATH Rule 1-07(a) permits papers to be filed electronically with the tribunal and allows for service on an adversary electronically as well. Dep’t of Correction v. Rathour, OATH Index Nos. 272/13, 273/13, 274/13, & 275/13 (Aug. 21, 2013).

It is impermissible under OATH Rule 1-07 to submit documents to OATH that are not also submitted to opposing counsel. Human Resources Admin. v.
