Applications

Welcome to the Applications section of the Board's website. In this section you will find the following information and materials:

• The "File an Application" tab provides the Board's Rules of Practice and Procedures, forms and Instruction for filing applications, as well as fee schedules.
• The "Application Status" tab provides information regarding both active and decided applications filed since January 1, 1998 and the Board's Bulletins since 2002.
• The "Case Files" tab provides instructions ordering archived case files, obtaining Board decisions since 1916, property status, transcriptions of public hearings and submitting FOIL requests.
