The New York City Department of Youth and Community Development (DYCD) funds services for Runaway & Homeless Youth that include Drop-in Centers, Crisis Services Programs, Transitional Independent Living programs, and Street Outreach and Referral Services.

Provide homeless youth (ages 16-21) with longer-term shelter, in addition to the training and support they need to establish an independent life.
