The City's Emergency Executive Order Nos. 108 and 128 related to POPS and WPAA expired as of July 1, 2021. Accordingly, as of July 1, 2021, DCP’s Compliance Protocols for POPS and WPAA are no longer in effect and all POPS and WPAA must fully comply with applicable zoning and other requirements.
Applicability
Prior to July 1, 2021, Emergency Executive Order No. 128 applied to privately owned public spaces, including any publicly accessible open areas, pedestrian circulation space, waterfront public access areas (WPAA), or other privately-owned public space required by law to be open to the public. For reference purposes only, please see DCP’s Compliance Protocols for POPS and WPAA below, which expired on July 1, 2021.
