Municipal Advisor Disclosure to Underwriters

TSASC, Inc. ("TSASC") has entered into an agreement with Acacia Financial Group, Inc. ("Acacia") to serve as municipal advisor to TSASC through June 30, 2028. TSASC is represented by, and will rely on, Acacia to provide advice on proposals from financial services firms concerning the issuance and pricing of municipal securities and municipal financial products generally (including investments of bond proceeds and escrow investments. The contact person at Acacia is Noreen White.

Accordingly, this certificate may be relied upon until the expiration of the above referenced agreement or until its earlier withdrawal (notice of which will be posted on this website). If a proposal received will be seriously considered by TSASC, TSASC will share the proposal with its municipal advisor. TSASC makes no representation as to the independence of its municipal advisor with respect to any individual municipal market participant.
