Family Separation

The Federal Government proposed regulations that would enable it to:

• Detain immigrant families indefinitely
• Detain immigrant kids indefinitely
• Lower the standards of care in the facilities in which immigrant families and kids are kept
• Diminish legal protections for immigrant kids
