Federal Monitor Reports

Following a series of lawsuits against the City, a Federal Monitor was appointed in order to oversee court-ordered reforms to the NYPD’s policies, training, supervision, monitoring, and discipline regarding stop and frisk, trespass enforcement, and racial profiling. The Federal Monitor is required to periodically file public reports detailing the NYPD’s compliance with these court-ordered reforms. These are the reports filed thus far.
