ACS provides a range of resources to support community based child care programs and providers that accept child care vouchers from eligible low-income families. Child care vouchers help cover the cost of child care at hundreds of home based and center based providers across the city.

ACS does not directly refer children to early care and education programs and/or providers. Providers can reach out to families in their community to let them know of the availability of service at their location. Families can also contact a provider directly to learn about availability.

EarlyLearn programs are now managed by New York City Public Schools (NYCPS). If you are an EarlyLearn provider, please contact NYCPS for any questions or concerns you may have.
