ACS can connect you to a variety of organizations that offer in-home services to help families overcome day-to-day challenges. These services are free and voluntary, regardless of immigration status.

Families can get help with:

  • Parenting Support and Family Relationships
  • Education and Job Training
  • Stress, Health and Wellness
  • Connecting You to Immigration Services
  • Connecting You to Public Assistance
  • Intimate Partner and Family Violence Interventions
  • Drug and Alcohol Misuse Treatment
  • Food, Clothing and Household Items

ACS also provides support to families having difficulty with their teenager. The Family Assessment Program (FAP) serves families with youth who are up to 18 years old and are struggling to relate to one another. You can get help from FAP when your teen is:

  • Skipping school and/or exhibiting challenging behaviors at school
  • Missing or consistently running away from home
  • Using drugs or alcohol
  • Associating with negative peers
  • Struggling with mental illness
  • Displaying defiant or dangerous behavior
