All Real Estate and other properties are sold in “As Is” condition. The Public Administrator makes no representations concerning the property’s value.  All real estate is sold with a clear title. In the event that the title cannot be cleared by the date of auction, the property will be sold subject to any existing liens and will be the responsibility of the purchaser to clear.
