Please note: This email will serve as the Minutes for the March Board Meeting and needs to be to adopted.

In lieu of our March Meeting, I sent an email, copy below, stating that the only thing on the Agenda that needed a vote were the adoption of the Minutes of the February General Board Meeting. I made the motion to approve and Victor Shine seconded the motion, With a quorum of 35 responses the February Minutes were adopted.
Now, the April General Board Meeting is scheduled for April 21, 2020.
