No matter who you are, where you're from, or how you live, everyone has a right to be counted in the 2020 Census. As long as you live in NYC, we need you to be counted — and our communities are depending on it.

The more New Yorkers who are counted, the more money our communities will get for our schools, hospitals, roads and bridges, housing, senior centers, and countless other vital programs. Especially as we recover from COVID-19, that funding will be more important than ever. And the 2020 count will define what we receive not just for the near future, but for the next 10 years.
