Samuel Rubinstein, Russian

Samuel Rubinstein is an attorney with both public and private sector experience. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Kings Bay YM-YWHA, a Jewish community center that serves many Brooklyn neighborhoods. As the son of Russian-speaking immigrants, he has helped members of his community with translation support. He earned his J.D. from Harvard Law School and B.B.A. from Baruch College.
