Participatory Budgeting Advisory Committee

The Participatory Budgeting Committee (PBAC) advises the Civic Engagement Commission to improve processes and strategies relating to “The People’s Money”. The PBAC provides recommendations to the Commission regarding the development and implementation of citywide participatory budgeting (PB), which may include recommendations ranging from best practices for outreach and education to methods that promote efficiency and equity in the administration of the program.
