HHS Solicitations

To respond to Health and Human Services Solicitations

Health and Human Services (HHS) Requests for Proposals (RFPs) are released through PASSPort. Providers should always check the PASSPort Public Portal to maintain awareness of all upcoming HHS RFPs. To respond to HHS RFPs in PASSPort, providers must:

Have a PASSPort account. Create a PASSPort account online.
Be prequalified in PASSPort. To determine your organization's prequalification status or to become prequalified in PASSPort, please reference the HHS Prequalification in PASSPort Provider Manual.

The contractor has the exclusive advertising agreement with the City’s Department of Transportation to install, display and maintain advertising on bus stop shelters and newsstands.

Contract Opportunities with the City of New York

The City Record On-Line is a searchable database of all of the procurement notices that appear in the printed City Record. The site offers current solicitations and an archive of older notices. Vendors who register with the site will receive notification by e-mail when new solicitations are posted.
