Energy Supply

At DCAS, we manage the City's energy by:

  • working with the City's Office of Management and Budget to develop New York City's heat, light, and power budget
  • managing the electric, natural gas, and steam accounts that serve over 80 City agencies
  • paying, monitoring, and ensuring the accuracy of metering and utility bills associated with more than 4,000 city government buildings.
