RFP Release 

HPD released the 324 East 5th Street Request for Proposals (RFP) on May 29, 2025. HPD invited developers to submit proposals to develop high-quality, sustainable housing in Manhattan Community District 3. An online pre-submission conference was held on June 23, 2025. Submissions were due on August 22, 2025.

HPD reviewed submissions and designated the winning development team on July 13, 2026. For more information about the selected proposal, check out the press release.
