RFP Release 

HPD released the Inwood 9th Avenue Request for Proposals (RFP) on October 9, 2024. HPD invites developers to submit proposals to develop high-quality, sustainable housing with community amenities in Manhattan Community District 12. An online pre-submission conference was held on November 7, 2024. Submissions are due no later than 4:00 PM on January 8, 2025.

Are you interested in submitting an RFP response? 

Interested parties that choose to download the RFP by submitting the form below must provide their contact information. Only those who provide their contact information will receive updates or additional communications regarding the RFP. The RFP contains a detailed description of the development program, requirements, guidelines, eligibility requirements, selection process, and submission requirements.    

All communications must be made in writing. If you intend to submit a proposal for this RFP, please send an email to Inwood9thRFP@hpd.nyc.gov to express an intent to submit by 4:00 PM on December 23 2024.
