NOTIFICATION REGARDING MEDICAID ELIGIBILITY RENEWAL PACKETS

A technical issue has impacted the May mailing of New York City WMS eligibility renewal packets. The New York State Department of Health’s expectation is that consumers will receive their renewal packets in June. No consumer will lose coverage based on this delay. Individual consumers affected by the deferred mailing will have their coverage extended to ensure appropriate time to complete the recertification process.
