Domestic violence and gender-based violence can happen to anyone.
If you or someone you know is a victim of domestic violence, call 311 for New York City’s Domestic Violence Hotline. In emergencies, call 911.
Many city agencies provide support to victims of domestic violence. The Mayor's Office to End Domestic and Gender-Based Violence (ENDGBV) works with community leaders, health care providers, City agencies, and others to help prevent domestic violence.
