Travis Hardy is Acting Executive Director for NYC Global Partners, Inc. He leads Global Partners Junior, an online educational exchange program that connects underserved NYC youth to their peers around the world as they brainstorm innovative solutions to their cities' common challenges. He received an M.A. in International Education from New York University and a B.A. in English Language & Literature from the South Carolina Honors College at the University of South Carolina. Travis's interest in international work, particularly education, stems from his experiences studying in Ghana and teaching in France. Raised in Tennessee, Travis has now lived in Brooklyn since 2011, where he is a Board Member of the United Nations Association Brooklyn Chapter and serves on the Junior Board for CAMBA, a non-profit agency that provides services to low- and moderate-income New Yorkers.
