The CEEDS Program (Cadet Education, Empowerment & Development for Success) is one to two-year, exclusive program that will bring smart people like you to the agency, and develop and prepare you for future leadership opportunities at the NYC Department of Correction.

Simply put, we want you to build your career here and become the next generation of captains, wardens and chiefs of the largest correctional system in the United States.

*Please note: Currently, this program is only open to juniors and seniors at John Jay College.
