The Mayor's Office of Special Projects and Community Events (MOSPCE) plays a vital role in upholding the Mayor's commitment to celebrating the rich diversity of New York City. We achieve this by coordinating and overseeing Mayoral hosted celebrations, milestone receptions, and themed summit meetings in partnership with city agencies and the private sector. These special events are often held at Gracie Mansion, referred to as The People's House, as well as other iconic locations throughout the City. Our unit's work is integral to both honoring the City's multiculturalism and advancing harmony and collaboration between all groups.
