COVID-19 Resident & Client Tracking Spreadsheet from the Corporation of Supportive Housing (CSH)

As the COVID-19 crisis develops, there may come a time (maybe it’s happening already) where you will need to keep track of client-related information and COVID-19 outcomes across your resident populations. Even if your agency has a robust case management data system, it may take some time to get it updated to appropriately track what is needed. Finally, as resources flow from local, state, and federal resources your agency will want to keep track of your numbers across demographics, co-occurring conditions, and COVID-status. With all this in mind, CSH created a simple Excel spreadsheet to help your agency begin this tracking right away. It’s easy to use, and adaptable for your own agency. COVID-19 Budget & Expense Tracker from the Corporation of Supportive Housing (CSH)

As a result of COVID-19 many organizations have had to reconfigure budgets, pivot personnel and take on extra costs not originally budgeted or planned. This tool’s goal is to assist organizations track and manage program personnel and non-personnel expenses related to their COVID-19 response. By recording these expenses and efforts as they occur, it will increase the likelihood of having adequate and complete documentation to potentially see reimbursement depending on funding sources and opportunities. This memorandum explains the availability of waivers of certain regulatory requirements associated with several Community Planning and Development (CPD) grant programs to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and to facilitate assistance to eligible communities and households economically impacted by COVID-19. This memorandum covers waivers of consolidated plan requirements for all CPD formula programs and program-specific waivers for the following CPD programs including Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA), Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG), and Continuum of Care (CoC).
