One of NYCHA's strategies for promoting resident safety is to bring administrative actions against tenants for dangerous conduct by them or members of their household. NYCHA will seek Permanent Exclusion of dangerous individuals living in NYCHA while allowing the head of household and the rest of the family to remain.
