Municipal Advisor Disclosure to Underwriters

The New York City Municipal Water Finance Authority (the “Authority”) has entered into agreements with municipal advisors, a special projects advisor, and a swap advisor who will represent the Authority and who the Authority will rely on to provide advice on proposals from financial services firms concerning the issuance and pricing of municipal securities and municipal financial products generally (including investments of bond proceeds and escrow investments).

Through June 30, 2028, Lamont Financial Services Corporation (“Lamont”) and Frasca & Associates, LLC (“Frasca”) will serve as municipal advisors to the Authority on a rotation basis. The contact person at Lamont is Bob Lamb. The contact person at Frasca is Marvin Sun. Through June 30, 2028, Omnicap Group LLC (“Omnicap”) will serve as municipal advisor to the Authority with respect to special projects related to the Authority. The contact person at Omnicap is Jeffrey Smith. Through September 30, 2024, Mohanty Gargiulo LLC (“Mohanty”) will serve as swap advisor to the Authority. The contact person at Mohanty is Seema Mohanty.

Accordingly, this certificate may be relied upon until the expiration of the above referenced agreements, or until its earlier withdrawal (notice of which will be posted on this website). If a proposal received will be seriously considered by the Authority, the Authority will share the proposal with its appropriate municipal advisor(s). The Authority makes no representation as to the independence of its municipal advisors with respect to any individual municipal market participant.
