Parties are encouraged to select trial and conference date(s) jointly if possible. The filing party may select dates ex parte, but must serve notice on all other parties within one (1) business day pursuant to OATH rules. Cases filed at the OATH's Trials Division can be transmitted directly to the Calendar Unit through the OATH Internet Intake page. This web-based system allows online submission of OATH's Intake form and any accompanying records.
Upon receipt, the Calendar Unit will confirm the scheduled OATH date by return e-mail or calendar appointment. Notice should be served on other parties after receiving a confirmation from the Calendar Unit.
Parties can also use the form below for requests for case-related matters, including courtroom audio/video assistance, courtroom Wi-Fi, language interpretation services and copies of trial transcriptions.
Calendar matters such as requests for adjournments, expedited calendar requests, and motions should be made to the assigned Administrative Law Judge with notification to all parties and OATH's Calendar Unit at OATHCalUnit@OATH.nyc.gov.
For more information on scheduling and pre-trial matters, discovery and pre-trial motions, please refer to OATH's rules.
