To ensure safety for both nurses and employees, participants must:
☑ Make an appointment for their flu shot at www.apschedule.com/nycflu24 and arrive at their scheduled appointment time. Walk-ins will not be permitted.
☑ Maintain social distance where possible.
☑ Wear a face covering at all times, as recommended based on current guidelines.
☑ Fill out a consent form before arriving at the clinic site to minimize contact time.
Nurses will wear personal protective equipment (PPE), including an N95 mask or medical equivalent while performing all vaccinations. Nurse stations will be disinfected after each vaccination.
