Plan for Operations: Communicable Disease

Pursuant to section 27-c of the state labor law, this is a Plan for Operations in the event of a declared state disaster involving a communicable disease. Before finalization, a draft was provided for comments to the applicable duly recognized or certified representatives of employees of the City of New York and relevant labor management committees.
