On January 5, 2018, the New York City Department of City Planning, on behalf of the City Planning Commission as lead agency, issued a Notice of Completion for a Final Environmental Impact Statement (FEIS) for the Jerome Avenue Rezoning proposal.
A public hearing on the Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) was held at 10:00AM on Wednesday, November 29, 2017, in Spector Hall, at the Department of City Planning, 22 Reade Street, in Lower Manhattan, in conjunction with the City Planning Commission's citywide public hearing pursuant to ULURP. The public hearing also considered a modification to the Proposed Action (ULURP Nos. 180051(A) ZMX, & N 180050(A) ZRX). Comments were requested on the DEIS were accepted until Monday, December 11, 2017. The FEIS incorporates responses to the public comments received on the DEIS and additional analysis conducted subsequent to the completion of the DEIS.
