The EO-WIOA unit is responsible for ensuring that each WIOA funded program is carried out in accordance with the federal Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (2014) and 29 CFR Parts 37 & 38, with respect to providing initial and continuing notice; providing universal access to all WIOA funded programs and activities; fully integrating services to persons with disabilities into the same services for non-disabled persons; and establishing a grievance process.
