A Message from the District Manager

As the District Manager of Staten Island CB 2, I have the privilege to serve as an advocate for the residents of the District; alongside our Chair, Fred R. Guinta, staff, committed Board Members, and elected officials. My priority is to be a supportive intermediary between the community, civic groups and city agencies.

It is with utmost enthusiasm that I ensure that the proper delivery and coordination of government services are provided to our community. My responsibilities include: process service complaints from residents, coordinate the Board’s public meetings, preside at meetings, and implement the Board’s actions. It is my mission to do everything I can to help meet the needs of the community.

I welcome residents and business owners to contact the CB2 office for assistance on any issues so that we may help create a safe and healthy environment for all our residents. Residents can also request municipal service by calling 311 to report an existing condition in your area and submitting your complaint number to CB2; we will then be happy to follow up with the appropriate City agency.

We invite you to attend the Board’s meetings to learn about new projects, happenings, and accomplishments in the community! We gladly welcome your participation at the Board’s meetings and look forward to getting to know you.
