Municipal Advisor Disclosure to Underwriters

The New York City Transitional Finance Authority (the “Authority”) has entered into agreements with Public Resources Advisory Group, Inc. (“PRAG”) and Frasca & Associates, LLC (“Frasca”) to serve as municipal advisors to the Authority through June 30, 2028. The Authority has also entered into an agreement with Mohanty Gargiulo LLC (“Mohanty”) to serve as swap advisor to the Authority through September 30, 2024. PRAG, Frasca and Mohanty will represent the Authority and the Authority will rely on them to provide advice on proposals from financial services firms concerning the issuance and pricing of municipal securities and municipal financial products generally (including investments of bond proceeds and escrow investments). The contact person at PRAG is Steven Peyser. The contact person at Frasca is Marvin Sun. The contact person at Mohanty is Seema Mohanty.

Accordingly, this certificate may be relied upon until the expiration of the above referenced agreements, or until its earlier withdrawal (notice of which will be posted on this website). If a proposal received will be seriously considered by the Authority, the Authority will share the proposal with its municipal advisor(s). The Authority makes no representation as to the independence of its municipal advisors with respect to any individual municipal market participant.
